I paid to remove ads but I still see them.
Open the game, tap REMOVE ADS on the home screen, answer the grown-ups question, then tap RESTORE. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
I changed phones. Is my progress saved?
Progress and scores are stored on your device only, so they don't move to a new phone unless you restore a device backup. Your Remove Ads purchase can always be restored with RESTORE.
There's no sound.
Check that your phone's volume is turned up. The game plays sounds even when the silent switch is on. If it still doesn't work, close the game fully and open it again.
Something in an ad looks wrong.
Ads are set to family-friendly content only. If you see one that isn't suitable, email us the details and a screenshot and we'll report it to the ad network.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
